Mindful meditation programme
Children's meditation is a response to the needs of parents and children themselves: to have physical and mental peace in difficult times. Of course, calmness is necessary, but above all it is a matter of attention, focus and awareness.
T-Well-S aims to help children learn to consciously direct their attention and develop empathy.
Through a valuable partnership between Bulgaria and Portugal, we aim to improve children's well-being and mental health by equipping teachers and parents with tools and techniques to help them better play their role in guiding children through the transition from school to adulthood. The project also promotes social inclusion by involving people living in rural and remote areas who have fewer opportunities.
Dalai Lama
"If every eight-year-old child in the world learned meditation, we would eliminate violence from the world within a generation."
