About Us

Our Mission

Through a valuable partnership between Bulgaria and Portugal, we aim to improve children's well-being and mental health by equipping teachers and parents with tools and techniques to help them better play their role in guiding children through the transition from school to adulthood. The project also promotes social inclusion by involving people living in rural and remote areas who have fewer opportunities

Our Programs

Children Meditating

Guided Mindful Meditation

"I used to get really nervous before tests at school, but since I started doing mindful meditation, I feel much calmer. It's like a superpower that helps me focus and stay positive. I even showed my friends how to do it, and we all feel better!"

Kids for Meditation

"I used to have trouble sleeping because I would think about too many things. Now, I do a short meditation before bed, and I fall asleep faster and feel more rested in the morning. It's really helped me with my schoolwork and sports, too!"

"At first, I thought meditation was just for grown-ups, but then I tried it and loved it! It helps me when I'm feeling sad or angry. I just close my eyes, take deep breaths, and think about happy things. It makes my heart feel lighter, and I can have more fun with my friends."
